Returns Eligibility
You can return items that are new, unused, and still in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, just reach out to our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
For a return to be accepted:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components must be included.
- Items that show any signs of use, installation, damage, or alteration won’t be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Furniture that has already been assembled or installed
- Clearance or final sale items
- Shipping and installation fees
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please let us know at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.
Our team will assess the issue and arrange the most suitable solution—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or another resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund if it meets our return criteria.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Refund times depend on your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Some returns may include a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order has already entered production or is being prepared for dispatch, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
For custom made order items, cancellations are not allowed once production has begun.
Delivery Refusal & Storage Fees
If delivery or installation is missed or refused on the scheduled date, additional delivery or storage charges may apply. Please review our delivery and installation guidelines for more information.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the UAE, different return and warranty terms may apply. We recommend contacting our support team before placing an international order.
